This skill should be used when the user wants to extract tables from CAD DWG/DXF drawings and export them to Excel. Trigger phrases include: 从CAD导出表格、CAD表格导出、把cad里的表格导成Excel、DXF表格提取、图纸表格转Excel、提取图中的表、extract tables from DXF/DWG. It reconstructs tables built from TEXT/MTEXT cells and LINE borders by clustering entity coordinates, restores CAD special characters, and writes a multi-sheet .xlsx.
