**The front desk of the AIS campus — start here.** `list_buildings` returns every AIS MCP server (URL, tools, prices, free tier, which key scope unlocks it); `how_to_pay` explains the two payment doors — a Gateway key (Authorization: Bearer, per-building or campus pass at https://aislabs.ai/gateway) vs per-call x402 (USDC on Base); `about_aislabs` rounds out the lobby. No product tools here — one copy of everything, samples live in their building. The buildings: `aislabs/ais-cve` (daily CVE prioritization; free `brief_teaser` lives there) and `aislabs/ais-recorder` (Agent Flight Recorder — dead-man alerts + resume for agents). If heartbeats stop for period + grace, the alert target (Discord/HTTPS webhook and/or email) is notified with the last state capsule and a resume link.
heartbeat	Agent Flight Recorder — "still alive" ping for a registered monitor. Include capsule (any JSON ≤32KB: current step, done, next, ids) so a dead-man alert can carry resume state (stored on the key tier). status:"fail" reports a failure immediately.
