Connect with the URL alone: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, no API key.

list_capabilities	Lists all Business Capabilities of the fmcg.network network (metadata, status, tags, confidence threshold).
get_capability	Returns the full definition of a Business Capability incl. input/output schema and decision logic.
novel_food_check	Screens ingredients against EU Novel Food logic (Regulation (EU) 2015/2283). Returns violations, cleared and unknown ingredients incl. confidence score. Beta dataset; uncertain items are flagged for data review.
search_suppliers	Searches suppliers (glossary: one object, differentiated via supplier_type) by region, certification, type, category, dosage form or free text. Returns master data plus dosage forms incl. MOQ per form, contacts, production sites and sources (provenance). Live from D1, seed-data fallback.
list_plans	Shows all fmcg.network plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with prices, limits and features. Use this tool when the user asks about pricing, cost or upgrades.
get_checkout_link	Creates the Stripe checkout link for a plan (pro_monthly \| pro_yearly). The user opens the link, pays, and the subscription is automatically matched by email. Then check get_subscription_status.
whoami	Shows your account: email, role (user \| publisher \| admin), plan and usage for this month.
submit_capability	Publishers only: submits a Business Capability PLUGIN for review. A capability bundles knowledge (SKILL.md), optional tools (declarative, built-in executors only) and optional data files (CSV/JSON reference tables). Provide name, description, knowledge, and optionally version, tags, confidence_threshold, gpc_segments, tools, data, publisher_website and publisher_cta.
my_submissions	Publishers/admins only: lists your own submitted capabilities incl. review status.
review_queue	Admin only: lists all capability submissions pending review.
approve_capability	Admin only: approves (decision='publish') or rejects (decision='reject') a pending capability submission.
get_subscription_status	Shows the user's current plan and usage (free limit: 10 capability calls/month).
