get_project_detail	Returns full details for a single CORDIS project by RCN identifier, including budget, coordinator, top partners, and full objective.
find_partners	Suggests organisations with the most prior wins in a given research topic. Optionally filtered by country.
calculate_score	Scores a proposed consortium against a target Horizon Europe pillar using 6 evidence-based features (V1 — max 75/100). Returns score with full factor breakdown including keyword/topic overlap.
