工具	说明
search_regulations	Search official regulatory texts by keyword, CELEX, or ELI. Free plans are limited to EUR-Lex and UK.
fetch_metadata	Fetch structured metadata for a CELEX number, ELI URI, Cellar URI, UK citation, Federal Register document number, Danish ELI, or Brazilian Lei/Decreto.
get_latest_updates	Return recent official instruments from OJ feeds, Cellar, and national gazettes. Gazette updates require Starter ($5) or above.
create_watch	Save a gazette watch. We poll official latest feeds and POST only changed rows to webhook_url. Starter ($5) and above.
list_watches	List saved watches for this API key's workspace.
delete_watch	Delete a watch by watch_id (wat_…).
