Read your org's career frameworks, competencies, goals, evaluations, and project tasks as live context in Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP client. **Tools (read-only):** get_frameworks, get_competencies, get_career_path, get_employee_summary, get_org_overview, get_tasks, get_projects. **Auth:** per-organisation API key. Generate one in Harmny under Settings > Intelligence > MCP Keys and send it as `Authorization: Bearer <key>` (or `X-Harmny-Api-Key: <key>` through gateways that reserve the Authorization header).
