rtblint - IAB OpenRTB validator and linter

OpenRTB validation MCP server for real-time bidding. Every auction is a JSON bid request and bid response; payloads that fail the spec lose impressions, break deals, and desync SSPs from DSPs. Validates OpenRTB 2.x bid requests and responses against versioned IAB Tech Lab snapshots (2.0 through 2.6-202606), JSON dialects, and ARTF envelopes and mutation sets. validate_bid_response	Validate an OpenRTB 2.x bid response JSON payload. Optionally cross-validate against the originating bid request.
validate_artf_request	Validate an ARTF RTBRequest envelope plus the OpenRTB payloads it carries.
validate_artf_response	Validate an ARTF RTBResponse mutation set against the RTBRequest it answers. apply=true writes the mutations and revalidates.
list_openrtb_versions	List every OpenRTB version id this build can validate against, from 2.0 through the monthly 2.6 snapshots.
get_adcp_capabilities	AdCP protocol discovery. Declares the experimental measurement protocol and bid-stream conformance metrics.
