Collect profile and health screening, let the user pick one of three Tan-Shi fat-loss methods (lifestyle / carb-cycle / recomposition, non-mixable), compute daily macro targets by the chosen method, generate a weekly meal plan with shopping list, guide daily intake logging and 7-day review with method-specific adjustments, validate the FatLossPack, and persist it to the cloud (editable + read-only share link) with a local JSON fallback. Excludes medical diagnosis, inventory/fridge, social, payment, training prescription, and coach chat.
