Use this skill when the user explicitly requests "hermes-sql-analysis" or asks to review, approve, reject, or assess risk for an Archery SQL work order. This is the only user-facing skill for Archery SQL review. It must be used for DBA final review, long Feishu approval payloads, split messages, interleaved work orders, DDL/DML risk, lock risk, affected-row risk, execution timing, rollback feasibility, PII or credential exposure, and incomplete database context. If this skill is selected, do not route the task to archery-audit-warnings, archery-operational-context, or any other Archery-related skill unless the user explicitly names another skill. Never create, modify, split, rename, patch, or self-improve any skill during SQL review. Reusable knowledge may only be suggested in the response, not written to SKILL.md or new skills without explicit user approval.
