Back up the entire agent memory system of the current WorkBuddy account and package it into a single portable .tar.gz file, so a new agent on a new device/account can quickly learn and inherit all of this account's memory (identity, long-term memory, self-created skills, and config). Automatically redacts secrets (appSecret/token/apikey) into placeholders and generates a MANIFEST (first lesson for the new agent) plus a RESTORE guide.
