This skill should be used when answering 金蝶云星空 (Kingdee Cloud) configuration or business questions such as whether a field on a document (资产接收单/费用报销单/销售出库单/采购订单/发票) can be modified, locked, or made required during approval, submission, or saving; BOS designer field attribute adjustments; document push-down field control. It requires the user to state WHICH CUSTOMER plus the PROBLEM so the search is scoped directly to that customer's records in the ima knowledge base (ima-mcp) rather than a full-library search. It uses a tiered strategy that checks that customer's SOP work orders first and only expands to dev SOP or Kingdee official docs when nothing matches, then standardizes the answer into a three-part report (历史工单 / 可能问题 / 官方方案).
